SkillUp 1.0 was where the SkillUp journey began, a free seminar in Uyo for beginners.

The demand for digital skills has never been higher, and this seminar introduced beginners to the world of tech in the simplest, most practical way. Participants learned the basics of ICT, graphic design and online productivity tools that people use to get jobs or build new careers. Students, entrepreneurs and job seekers all took part. It opened the door to opportunities many people are still looking for. Many of those who started here are now doing well, and that first step led to every SkillUp that followed.
