SkillUp 20.0 was a special certification edition. We celebrated the graduates of Cohorts 2, 3 and 4, and it was a proud moment for everyone.

The session, Winning the Influence Game in 2025, looked at how to build impact, credibility and authority in the digital space. This matters because talent alone is rarely enough. People choose to work with those they know and trust, and influence is how that trust grows. Our graduates stepped out with their certificates and a clear idea of how to be seen. Many of them are now doing well with the skills they learned.
