6. Payment and Refund Policy
LAskill has specific policies regarding payment and refunds for our services, especially for training programs.
- Payment: Payment for services is generally accepted as a one-time upfront fee. However, for our training programs, we offer installment payments with the following conditions:
- A minimum of 70% of the total fee is required before the start of the training program.
- The remaining 30% balance must be paid within one month from the commencement date of the class. If the balance is not paid on time, LAskill reserves the right to terminate the student’s participation in the class, with or without their consent.
- Refunds: LAskill does not provide refunds once a training program has officially started. We encourage all prospective students to fully review the course content and commitment requirements before enrolling, as refunds will not be available after the kickoff date.
7. Attendance Policy
To ensure successful completion of our programs, LAskill has established the following attendance guidelines:
- Class Attendance: Regular attendance is essential for progress and understanding. Students are responsible for attending every scheduled session.
- Missed Classes: Missing classes may hinder progress in the course. If a student misses a class, it is their responsibility to catch up by reviewing the material on their own. Instructors will continue with the curriculum and may not be able to repeat topics. LAskill provides only one additional session for students who need to make up for any missed classes.
- Course Duration: Each training program has a specified duration and set number of sessions. For example, if a program is scheduled for 30 sessions, students are expected to attend all 30. Any missed sessions will impact the student’s progress, and LAskill is not responsible for lack of progress due to missed classes.
- Class Pausing or Postponement: Once a student enrolls, they are expected to complete the course in the stipulated time. We do not allow students to pause their classes or defer them to a future date. This policy helps us maintain consistency and prevent misunderstandings.
8. Media Consent
By participating in LAskill events, training, or using our services, you consent to photography, videography, and audio recordings being taken, which may include your likeness or voice. LAskill reserves the right to use this media for promotional, educational, or marketing purposes, including but not limited to social media, our website, newsletters, and other online platforms, without prior notice or additional consent. By engaging with our services, you agree to this policy. If you have concerns about this, please inform us prior to participating.

LAskill is not responsible for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages that may result from using our services, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities. We aim to provide accurate and reliable information, but cannot guarantee the complete accuracy or suitability of any content, training, or service provided.
10. Changes to Terms
LAskill reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page, along with a new “Last Updated” date. We may not individually inform you of changes, so it is your responsibility as a trainee or user to regularly review this page for any updates.
